CLAUSE 3.3 — REGISTRATION ACCURACYAll information provided during bev999 Account registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Players must promptly notify bev999 of any changes to their registered information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in Account suspension.
CLAUSE 3.4 — JURISDICTIONAL RESTRICTIONSIt is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the bev999 platform is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. bev999 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players are advised to verify all bet details — selection, stake, odds, and market — before confirming placement. bev999 will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in cases where the platform has made a verifiable error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bev999 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Players may close their bev999 Account by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, bev999 will process any eligible outstanding balance to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of pending KYC requirements.
bev999 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Account immediately, without prior notice, in the following circumstances: material breach of these Terms & Conditions; evidence of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; Account inactivity beyond the period specified herein; receipt of a court order or regulatory instruction; or any circumstance in which continued Account operation would expose bev999 to legal or reputational risk.
Upon termination initiated by bev999 for breach of this Agreement, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money balances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and returned where no breach directly relates to the deposited funds.
In the event of a dispute arising between a Player and bev999, the Player must first submit a formal complaint to the bev999 support team via live chat or by email to the address listed on the bev999 Contact page. bev999 undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
If a Player is not satisfied with bev999's resolution of a formal complaint, the matter may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by bev999's international gaming licence authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
This Agreement and all disputes arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bev999 holds its international gaming licence. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the complaint procedure above.
bev999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. The revised Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where the amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations under this Agreement — bev999 will notify registered Players via their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
If a Player does not accept the revised Terms & Conditions, they must cease using the bev999 platform and contact the support team to arrange Account closure prior to the effective date of the amended terms. Continued use of bev999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement.
